You will also learn best practices for making this connectivity part of your analysis and reporting strategies and how to use other tools such as PivotTables, Data Tables along with third party tools such as BizNet Excel Business Information Suite to enhance your Excel reporting practices.

This session will cover the business opportunities for technology, software and hardware to buy and avoid, and help you make the right strategic technology choices.

Outlook and OneNote - Killer Apps in Office 2010

Wednesday, January 11, 2012, 4:10 - 7:40 p.m. – Presented by: Tommy Stephens

We are truly impressed with Outlook 2010!  Quick Steps, Conversation View, and other time-saving features, some of which have misleading names like "Social Connector," can cut your email time literally in half.  Even though these new features are very user friendly, many people are not even aware they exist or do not really understand how to use them effectively.  When coupled with OneNote 2010 – another application in the Office stack – you can seamlessly fill the voids that many accountants encounter when tracking information.  Attend this session and learn how to organize your email, calendar, tasks, and notes, as well as collaborate, share, search, and sync this information using Outlook and OneNote.
