To create your own shortcut, begin by clicking the Start button in Windows and right-clicking on the application for which you want to create the shortcut. In the Shortcut key box in the resulting Properties window, enter the keystrokes you wish to use for your keyboard shortcut to the application. For example, in the illustration shown in Figure 1, the shortcut of CTRL + SHIFT + P is being created to launch Snagit 10.
