How Do I Register and Pay for On Demand Training Courses

You can view all the offered On Demand training courses at www.k2e.com/on-demand.   Once you have identified a course in which you would like to participate, click on the course title at www.k2e.com/on-demand and then click the Start button near the lower, left hand corner of the page to register.

As part of the registration process, you will be prompted for your debit or credit card number to pay for the course. We use PayPal to securely process your payment; K2 Enterprises does not store any information related to your debit or credit card or PayPal account.

Can I Substitute Another Person Into An On Demand Training Session For Which I Registered?

We will award CPE credit in the name of the person who registered for the On Demand program. After registering and paying for a course, it is not possible to transfer the course to another person. You do, however, have up to one year to complete any course for which you register.

How Much Does Your On Demand Training Cost?

Prices can vary for On Demand training courses. You can view the price for each course by clicking on the course title at www.k2e.com/on-demand.

How Do I Access the Materials For An On Demand Course for Which I have Registered?

After you register for an event, you will be able to access your course materials. In general, these materials consist of a PDF document and a video. We encourage you to watch the video and to also review the PDF document as supplementary materials.

Do I have to Pass a Test to Earn CPE Credit for An On-demand course?

For On Demand programs, NASBA requires that you pass a test at the end of the program by correctly answering at least 70% of the questions asked. You may take this Final Exam up to ten times. However, you must pass the test within one year from the date on which you registered for the course to earn CPE credit.

To help prepare you for the Final Exam, Review Questions are also presented to you throughout your on demand session. While you are not required to answer these questions, we strongly encourage you to do so because these questions have been designed to reinforce key learning points of each course and successfully answering a preponderance of these questions is often an indicator of future success on the Final Exam.

May I Leave the Course and Return To It For Completion at a Later time?

Sure! One of the benefits of On Demand training is the ability to leave a course and return to it at any point in the future. To pick up where you left off, just re-visit the page for your On Demand course and click Resume in the lower, right-corner. You will be prompted for email address and password and upon successfully entering that information, you will be able to resume your On Demand session.

Is Your On Demand Training Accepted for CPE Credit in My State?

K2 Enterprises is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors (sponsor #103648). Because of this, our online training is accepted for CPE credit in all 50 states. However, because your State Board of Accountancy has final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit, you should check with your Board if you have additional questions.

What If I'm Not Satisfied with Your On Demand Training?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a K2 Enterprises course, K2 Enterprises will refund participant registration fees. All that is necessary is for the participant to contact K2 Enterprises via phone (888.542.9390), fax (985.542.9397), or email at info@k2e.com . We will promptly issue a refund.

Will I Receive A Completion Certificate Upon Completing An On Demand Training Course?

Yes! Immediately upon passing the Final Exam for the course with correct score percentage of 70% or better, you will be able to download your completion certificate for the course.
